• Record & Learn LLC is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or account suspensions imposed by Google, Facebook/Meta, or Apple

• Each quote is a fixed, one-time project price and is independent of any monthly marketing plan subscription
• Website scope, features, and design complexity are confirmed in writing in the quote before any work begins
• Optional monthly marketing plans (from $25/month) cover ongoing care, hosting, and updates and are billed separately from the build
• Record & Learn LLC reserves the right to modify pricing and terms at any time for future quotes

Important — Ownership of All Created Content:

All websites, marketing content, ad creatives, Facebook posts, video assets, copy, graphics, code, and any other deliverables created by Record & Learn LLC are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Record & Learn LLC. This includes content created as part of website builds, monthly marketing plans, or any other client engagement. Ownership is not transferred to the client at any time, including upon cancellation or termination of services. Clients who discontinue their marketing plan do not retain rights to use, copy, host, or redistribute any work product created by Record & Learn LLC. See our Terms of Service (Section 6: Intellectual Property) for full details.

The following applies specifically to Backcountry Brain and any wilderness-related features:

• AI species identification is approximate and should not be used as the sole basis for determining whether a plant, animal, or fungus is safe
