How do I start a focus session?
Open FocusFloor, tap to start a new session, name what you're working on, pick a duration and an ambient soundscape, then put your phone face-down. When the timer ends, log a quick "win" about what you got done.
What is FocusFloor Pro and what's included?
FocusFloor Pro unlocks cinematic focus backgrounds, premium themes, advanced insights, saved session presets, and custom app icons. The core focus timer, streaks, daily goal, and wins log are always free.
How does the free trial and billing work?
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A one-time Lifetime purchase is also available with no recurring charge.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account, not within FocusFloor. On your iPhone, open Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions, or go directly to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You can also tap "Manage Subscription" in FocusFloor's Settings.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open FocusFloor's Settings and tap Restore Purchases (also available on the upgrade screen). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the purchase to request a refund.
Does FocusFloor work offline?
Yes. FocusFloor works entirely offline, including in Airplane Mode. It needs no internet connection and no account.
Is my data private?
Yes. FocusFloor collects no personal data — everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What do I need to run FocusFloor?
FocusFloor requires an iPhone running iOS 18 or later.
Where are the Terms of Use?
FocusFloor is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
