Thank you for using FocusFloor, operated by Record & Learn LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how FocusFloor handles your information.

Summary

FocusFloor does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The app works entirely offline, has no accounts or logins, and everything you create stays on your device.

Data Stored On Your Device

FocusFloor stores the following data locally on your iPhone so the app can work for you:

• The task names and durations of your focus sessions, and your session history
• "Wins" — the short notes you write about what you accomplished
• Your streak, daily goal, and progress toward it
• Your first name and focus area, if you enter them during onboarding (used only for on-screen personalization)
• Your preferences — selected theme, background scene, ambient soundscape, app icon, and saved session presets

This data is stored on-device using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults and SwiftData). It is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party, and we have no access to it.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No advertising or advertising identifiers (no IDFA)
• No location data
• No contacts or address-book access
• No health, fitness, microphone, or camera data
• No browsing history
• No device identifiers sent externally
• No crash reports sent to external services
• No account creation or login of any kind

In-App Purchases

FocusFloor offers an optional upgrade, FocusFloor Pro, available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. All payments are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit-card details, or Apple Account credentials. We only receive your entitlement status from Apple (whether Pro is active) so the app can unlock the corresponding features.

Third-Party Services

FocusFloor does not use any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising frameworks. The app operates entirely offline and independently.

Data Retention & Your Control

Because all data stays on your device, you are fully in control of it. Your data remains until you:

• Delete individual sessions or wins within the app, or
• Uninstall FocusFloor, which removes all associated data from your device.

Children's Privacy

FocusFloor is suitable for users of all ages. The app does not require account creation, does not collect personal information, and contains no age-restricted content. FocusFloor complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

GDPR and CCPA Compliance

FocusFloor is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because we do not collect, process, or store any personal data on external servers, there is no data to request, export, or delete from our side. All data management is in your hands.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
